Jeff Cruz joined the Rumson Office of Weichert, Realtors in January of 2013 focusing on clients in Monmouth and Ocean counties. To further his career and open up new real estate opportunities, in 2017 Jeff became a licensed NJ Real Estate Broker. In 2018 Jeff was promoted to Managing Broker of the Weichert, Realtors Rumson Office in Rumson NJ. He also oversees a series of LLC's formed to acquire, develop and manage select investment properties in Red Bank and Hoboken, NJ.
Jeff Cruz began his career in the Heavy Civil construction business at the age of 17 working for E E Cruz and Co. on their maiden project. Jeff's hallmark was instilling a corporate culture of safety in the company. Under Cruz familial ownership, E E Cruz completed over a billion dollars in critical infrastructure projects and became an ENR Top 400 construction firm. After 22 years, Jeff sold his ownership interest to pursue Real Estate opportunities full time.
