Jeffrey S. Cohen joined CBRE in 2013 as Executive Vice President upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry.Jeffrey has over thirty-three years of experience in retail and mixed-use real estate. He is one of the two founding Principals of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., which was created by the merger of Ripco, Pennsylvania and Banyan Associates, Inc., in 1997. In his capacity as a Landlord representative, Jeffrey is responsible for more than 2,000,000 square feet of retail space within the Delaware Valley and has acted as agent for developers in many of the region’s largest retail projects, including the development of Market Place at Garden State Park at the former Cherry Hill Race Track, Horizon Center in Neshaminy, Pennsylvania, Camden Town Center in Dover, Delaware, Teterboro Landing in the Meadowlands section of Bergen County, New Jersey and many others.
