About

Like a lot of people working in the event planning industry, Jeffrey Ahn had to pivot during the pandemic and entered the world of commercial real estate after running a small business curating social events for young professionals. His 7 years of experience as a small business owner allowed him to create the systems that are currently being utilized by Ally Commercial Real Estate to grow quickly and organically. After graduating from UCI, he fulfilled a childhood dream of working as an EMT for CARE ambulance by providing life-saving care when people were at their most vulnerable, and he’s been a volunteer at School on Wheels since 2008, tutoring children in the foster care system. Jeffrey Ahn’s vast experience with working with people from all walks of life has allowed him to empathize with clients and understand their needs. He’s currently in the Net Leased Division guiding clients in their 1031 exchange into single-tenant properties that yield a higher cash flow and require less management. You can typically find Jeff on the weekends at the fish market, trying to perfect the art of sushi, or at the local, neighborhood basketball courts calling next.
