About
Jeff is an assistant vice president in Grandbridge's Minneapolis office. Jeff is responsible for analyzing financial data required to underwrite real estate loans for Grandbridge's broad base of capital providers and proprietary lending platforms. He is also responsible for managing and facilitating the loan closing process through daily interaction with borrowers, capital sources and third-party vendors.
Jeff joined Grandbridge in 2015 after earning his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with majors in finance and accounting and a minor in Spanish. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and stays actively involved in the commercial real estate markets throughout Minnesota as well as Fargo, ND, and Omaha, NE.
Jeff has been involved in originating and closing more than $400 million of commercial real estate loans in his time at Grandbridge.
