Jeff Sutton is a dynamic real estate entrepreneur and Owner of Wharton Properties. Born in Gravesend, Brooklyn, Jeff comes from humble beginnings, and upon graduating from the Wharton School of Business, has since become one of the premier real estate moguls of New York City. Despite lacking the funding to compete with established real estate companies, Jeff’s unique business approach, which began in the early 90s, has transformed those humble beginnings into managing over 120 properties across the 5 boroughs of NYC. These buildings have been called home by companies such as Dolce Gabbana, Prada and Versace, McQueen, Swarovski, Nike Fifth Ave and Nike Soho, Whole Foods and many more. He is also an established Philanthropist, as President of the Jeff Sutton Charitable Foundation, he has provided millions of dollars to Jewish Communities worldwide since 1990.
