Mr. Squires joined The Kislak Company in 2007 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout northern New Jersey. After his first year with Kislak, Mr. Squires received the company’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award and was sub sequentially promoted to vice president in 2009, becoming one of the youngest salespeople in Kislak’s then 104-year history to earn that distinction. Today Mr. Squires is one of Kislak’s leading producers. In 2014 he represented both parties in the exclusive court-appointed $136,000,000 sale of Rachel Gardens, a 764 unit apartment complex in Montville, NJ. It was the single largest sale of an apartment complex in New Jersey since 2011. ​Mr. Squires holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey.
