About

Jeff Rosenfeld is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of North River Partners. Prior to starting NRP, Jeff was the Co-Head of Originations for Churchill Real Estates' Institutional Property Loans Group, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, capitalizing, and structuring construction and bridge loans. While at Churchill, Jeff co-led the execution of over $1.5 billion in construction and bridge financing. Previously, Jeff worked at Blumenfeld Development Group, where he was involved in the development of $250 million worth of residential and industrial properties. Jeff received a B.A. in Finance from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
