Jeff is a Managing Director in the the St. Paul office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He advises multi-housing, seniors housing, and healthcare owners and operators nationwide in the capitalization of their properties and executes equity and debt financing solutions. Prior to the firm merging with JLL in November 2015, Jeff was with Oak Grove Capital and its predecessors since 2009. Jeff has been involved in origination and underwriting of over $1 billion in real estate financings. Jeff has structured acquisition, refinance, bridge, and construction financing solutions for senior housing and healthcare clients through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, direct lending, and alternative financing sources.
