Jeff Lamott joined Northmarq Multifamily in September 2018 as Senior Vice President & Managing Director in the company’s Kansas City regional office. His team specializes in a personalized approach for their clients, combining local market knowledge with the strength of a national platform. He partners with Northmarq Capital’s debt and equity experts to offer a complete platform of solutions for multifamily real estate investment opportunities. With close relationships to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD, 20 CMBS lenders, hundreds of local, regional and national banks and more life companies than any other firm in the country.
Jeff and his team concentrate exclusively on seller representation of multifamily assets throughout the Kansas City region and Midwest markets. Since 2005, Jeff has personally represented over 13,000 units totaling more than $1.2 billion in multifamily sales. Total team consideration throughout his career is over $3.5 billion. Previous assignments have included Class B & C value-add workforce housing, Class A luxury communities, purpose built student housing, and LIHTC properties.
Jeff earned his B.A. from Kansas State University in 1999.
