Career summary
Jeff is a senior managing director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, as both an asset manager and transactional advisor. He is primarily responsible for office and portfolio sales on behalf of private and institutional clients in the southwestern United States. During the course of his career, he has been responsible for all facets of asset management, including leasing and investment advisory services, on more than $3 billion of income properties. Jeff has also managed or actively participated in the sale of investment-grade assets valued in excess of $10 billion.
Jeff started at HFF in 1999. Before that, he served as Vice President of Asset Management, Southwest Region for the Prudential Realty Group.
