Over the course of his more than 30-year career, Jeff Cowan has built a formidable tenant representation practice, completing over 350 transactions totaling millions of square feet. Jeff joined Savills in 1996, following more than eight years as one of the top performing brokers at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services. Based out of the firm’s West Los Angeles office, Jeff works with many technology, media, legal, retail and financial service companies. As a senior managing director, Jeff specializes in strategic planning, long-term real estate evaluation and the incorporation of these studies into long-term real estate transactions.
