Jeff Clousing joined Affordable Housing Investment Brokerage, Inc. as a commercial real estate broker in 2015. Jeff’s primary focus is investment sales of affordable housing properties in the southeastern United States. Most recently, Jeff was the Director of Leasing and Business Development for a niche real estate firm focused on the medical office market where he lead the leasing efforts for the company and completed over 100 transactions with total consideration in excess of $50,000,000. In addition to his past 7 years of leasing brokerage experience, Jeff gained financial analysis experience as an analyst in the real estate capital markets group of a national bank and as an analyst for an international manufacturing company. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, IL. Jeff also earned an associate’s degree through the Institute of Aviation at University of Illinois where he completed his Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot and Instrument Ratings.
