At Northmarq, Jeff provides financing solutions through Northmarq’s correspondent life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, CMBS lenders and banks. He has sources that can provide the entire capital stack for his clients’ deals, including equity, preferred equity and mezzanine debts, along with first and second mortgages.
Jeff has been financing commercial real estate since 1993. He began his career in the General Bancshares/Boatmen’s Bank management training program. He moved to Savings of American and later Germania Bank where he honed his commercial real estate skills. He later transitioned to Mercantile Bank where he spent five years and established himself as a successful commercial real estate lender, through hard work, local market knowledge and a reputation for taking care of his clients.
Jeff has spent the past 24+ years at Northmarq personally placing over $2.65 billion of loans with correspondent life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS lenders and various banks.
