Jeff Casper is a First Vice President at CBRE with CBRE Phoenix Multifamily Institutional Properties and specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties in Tucson. Since 2020, Jeff has been involved in the sale of ±3,000 units with a value of ±$600 million. Jeff began his career at CBRE in 2012 and was focused primarily on the sale and leasing of office and medical properties until shifting his focus to multifamily in 2019. Jeff’s comprehensive industry experience and unique market perspective as a Tucson native enhance his ability to provide clients with invaluable market information to make the most informed and beneficial real estate decisions. Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff worked as an engineering planner at Raytheon Missile Systems. Before this, Jeff was an assistant baseball coach at his alma mater, the University of Arizona. He played for the Arizona Wildcats baseball team while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business, and later completed his MBA at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
