Jed Matricaria is an Associate with Marcus & Millichap specializing in the sale of multi-family and mixed use investment properties in Essex County, New Jersey. A native of South Florida, Jed began his commercial real estate career in 2005 in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. Following a desire to further his education, Jed moved from Fort Lauderdale to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida. During his graduate studies, he began a career in pharmaceutical sales and management where he worked for a number of multi-national industry leaders. Jed is a four-time national sales award winner and recipient of numerous leadership awards, including the Leadership in Action Award, which he received out of over 1,000 employees for his display of commitment to practicing sales with honesty and integrity.
