Jean Celestin joined Newmark in 2019 as a vice chairman and co-head of the firm’s New York Capital Markets Investment Sales division. He brings to his position more than 35 years of real estate experience, focused primarily on multifamily, office and development transactions throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Mr. Celestin has been involved in more than $20 billion of investment sales, recapitalizations, debt placement and loan sales transactions.
