Buck Tamblyn is a 20-year veteran of commercial real estate in Kankakee and Will counties. As a full-service, CCIM-certified commercial real estate broker, Buck helps people buy, sell and lease office buildings, retail space, industrial property and farm land. He was recognized in The Daily Journal (Ill.) for transacting more than $21 million worth of real estate in 2018. In 2017, his transactions included CSL Behring’s purchase of the former Bunge property as part of the company’s 74-acre landmark expansion in Bradley, Ill. Buck specializes in: - Helping companies find new space to grow their business - Finding tenants for property owners looking to lease - Finding buyers for property owners looking to sell - Identifying opportunities for out-of-town investors As a general contractor, Buck also designs, consults on and coordinates custom building renovations and tenant build outs. In addition to CSL Behring, Buck has worked with banks, grocery stores, universities, churches, utilities, hospitals and breweries. Born and raised in Manteno, Ill., Buck and his wife, Amy, have six children. They reside in Manteno.
