Jay is Co-Founder of Continuum Advisors, a firm he and Dave Kliewer founded to embody their shared values, principles and commitment to tailored service of our clients in the senior housing industry. Jay has dedicated his entire career to senior housing, most recently serving as Co-Head of the senior housing investments sales teams at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital (a subsidiary of Truist Bank) and Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to his move to sell-side representation, Jay’s experience consisted of financing corporate and project-level loans nationally with KeyBank, a top 5 lender to the senior housing and care industry. Jay is a graduate of Cornell University and began his career at JPMorgan Chase.
