Growing up in Tulia, Texas, Jaxton decided to stay in West Texas and attend Texas Tech University. In May of 2021, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analysis and an undergraduate certificate in Data Analytics. Currently, he is a graduate student at the Rawls College of Business seeking a Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in Commercial Banking. He has a passion for the Commercial Real Estate industry as is seeking a career as a Real estate professional specializing in Multifamily apartments. Jaxton's experience in Real estate has been in the Mergers and Acquisitions industry as he was an analyst for Moriah Consulting during his time in college. He had the opportunity to develop leveraged buyout models, equity valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparable company analysis to construct pro forma projections based on market characteristics to provide optimal acquisition opportunities.
