Jason Warren joined Stream Realty Partners in January 2023 as Head of Strategy and Analytics for the firm’s Greater Miami office. He uses finance, analytics, and forensic due diligence to provide clients and brokers with negotiating strategies that serve as a foundation for broader real estate decision-making. Jason was a Managing Director at Newmark for nearly six years before starting at Stream. He led an analytics and strategy consulting platform that expanded nationally over three years. He is credited for developing a national database designed to predict landlord capital events and tenant cost-savings opportunities. In his free time, Jason has developed a love for running, enjoys hiking, golfing, volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their dog, Yogi.
