As founder and President of Evans Senior Investments (ESI), Jason leads the Chicago office and manages client relationships throughout the country. Jason brings a tremendous amount of senior living investment experience, a wealth of negotiation and transactional knowledge. Jason has been selling Seniors Housing and Long-Term Care communities his entire professional career. Prior to ESI, Stroiman was a partner with a real estate brokerage company where he sold seniors housing and long-term assets from coast to coast. Throughout his career, Stroiman has exclusively listed and sold senior housing assets in 30 different states. Stroiman has also analyzed, toured, valued and sold over $1 billion in senior housing and long-term care communities over 45 states. Stroiman has an extensive network of senior living and long-term care professionals in every state. He has experience representing for profit and non-profit based communities.
