Jason Stein focuses on both tenant and landlord representation throughout the New York metro area. Mr. Stein has worked with several prominent landlords in Manhattan including SL Green, Vornado Realty Trust, Global Holdings, Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., Glenwood Management, SMA Equities, Jack Resnick & Sons, HNA Group, TF Cornerstone, Friedland Properties and Brause Realty. On the tenant side, Mr. Stein has represented many local and national retailers expand their footprint throughout New York City. Mr. Stein represented Landry’s; the leader in dining, hospitality, and entertainment in the leasing of 13,000 SF to Dos Caminos at 245 Park Avenue. Other transactions include leasing 130 Madison Avenue to Italian showroom Bisazza, representing GOLFTEC, the leading golf instruction company in the world secure their first New York City flagship in midtown, and fashion designer Domenico Vacca in relocating their flagship store at 650 Madison Avenue. Mr. Stein leverages his experience in strategic concept plans to help secure flagship locations, store relocations, renewals, and dispositions.
