Jason advises local, regional and national investors, users and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states. His clients have included national REITs, private investors and loan servicers, including Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR), Armada Hoffler (NYSE: AHH), CCP, GE Capital, Klaff Realty, LNR Partners and Schottenstein Property Group.
His other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties. Jason handles the analysis of investment properties through ARGUS, as well as the research and marketing of investment sales materials. In addition, he helps to coordinate and assist in the due diligence and closing processes.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
