Jason Moskowitz brings with him to Marcus & Millichap twenty years of real estate experience. He began his career as a property manager and landlord representative for a second generation real estate family on Long Island, NY. After working his way up to Vice President of his company, he moved on to manage a portfolio of Office, Industrial, Retail and Warehouse assets across the midwestern and southern United States for a large, Manhattan-based real estate investment firm. During his tenure at both companies, he brokered and negotiated hundreds of leases comprising over 2 million square feet of commercial space as a landlord representative. He also oversaw the analysis, transfer, acquisition and disposition of approximately $30 million worth of investment real estate. In 2007, Jason began his own investment and management company and has been running it ever since.
