Jason has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over fourteen years. As a founding principal of Lee & Associates – New Jersey, he personally oversees day to day operations and takes great pride in having shaped the current environment. He has been involved on all levels of creation and implementation in forming the Lee network of 51 nationwide offices. In addition, he is active in investment sales, overseeing the property management division, which includes court appointed rent receiverships and management of lender owned (REO) assets and has served as an expert witness.
As a Commercial Real Estate Adviser for Lee & Associates, he currently represents interests of multiple landlords, developers, investors, buyers, and tenants within New Jersey and the tri-state area.
