For almost two decades, Jason Haber has been a prominent real estate agent and industry thought leader. He has represented both buyers and sellers in some of the largest and most consequential deals in New York City. As a recognized thought leader, he is frequently quoted in national and trade media on real estate matters. In 2010, he co-founded Rubicon Property, a social impact real estate firm based in Manhattan. Warburg Realty, one of New York's elite firms, acquired Rubicon in 2014. Haber joined Compass, a technology-driven real estate company, in 2022. In 2024, Haber co-founded the American Real Estate Association, a national trade group that advocates for policies supportive of agents and the real estate industry. Over 5,000 agents have joined the association, quickly making it a powerful force. Throughout his career, Haber has held various roles in both the private and public sectors.
