Jason Finch is a Market Director with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in commercial leasing and brokerage. His duties include Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Brokerage of industrial properties in the Northeast Dallas and I-35 Stemmons Corridor.
Mr. Finch has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. While working with Stream Realty and Hines he developed in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry including lease negotiations/review, developing pricing and marketing strategies, project management and tenant relations. His knowledge of real estate needs compels owners and tenants to secure his services for their real estate needs.
Jason graduated from Texas State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Entrepreneurship Studies. He is also a LEED Green Associate, a licensed commercial real estate broker and is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
