Mr. Donald joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. Jason specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Net-Lease Properties, Shopping Centers and Structured Sale-Lease backs throughout the United States. He has extensive experience in assisting corporate clients and their real estate departments. His corporate clients include SunTrust Bank, Bank United, Grow Financial, Achieva Credit Union, The Palm Bank, GTE Federal Credit Union, Hughes Supply, AT&T, CVS, Benco Dental, and Coast Denta, Verzon, Charter. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Jason was a Managing Partner for Sperry Van Ness, in Tampa, Florida. In addition to managing the office and staff his duties included site selection and asset disposition of corporate properties, retail NNN investment sales and acquisition, as well as tenant representation. Through partnering and consulting, Jason has helped manage the rapid growth of his corporate clients.
