Jason Bordenick is a Portfolio Manager and Partner. He is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of firm’s investments. In addition, Jason is responsible for strategic capital formation & growth initiatives. Jason has over 14 years of industry experience and has invested $7.0+ Billion in CRE debt and equity while holding senior investment positions at various institutions. Prior to joining Maxim, Jason was the founder and Managing Principal of Seven Valleys Capital (SVC), the direct lending arm for a multi-billion dollar (AUM) single-family office. Prior to founding SVC, Jason was a Managing Director at NorthStar Asset Management Group. Prior to NorthStar, Jason was a Vice President at Natixis Real Estate Capital, LLC. Jason is a member of the Urban Land Institute New York Mixed-Use Council. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
