Jarret is an Executive Vice President within JLL Houston’s Industrial Services group. He specializes in leases, lease renewal negotiations, build-to-suit, design-build projects, agency leasing and disposition of surplus properties.
Experience
Jarret has negotiated leases, acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties for more than 19 years. His primary focus is simple: to increase profitability and lower his clients’ risk profile.
