Jared Papazian began working with Colliers International in the fall of 2017 as an Associate Broker with the Ghobadi Multifamily Investment Team. The team and he focus on the brokerage of multifamily assets located in the San Fernando Valley and Tri-Cities area which include Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena. He began his real estate career as an intern and eventually became a research assistant at the Charles Dunn Company in Century City for Barry Rothstein. His daily tasks included prospecting new potential clients, maintaining and updating Barry's database, and assisting the team with any needed research or support. During this time, Jared really became interested in the Los Angeles multifamily market. Jared is a former professional fighter, with 40 professional fights. He is 2x time king of the cage champion. Winning the title and defending the belt it escalated him on getting signed with the biggest fight promotion in the world the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He has competed in boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts.
