Jared Londry serves as Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Leader of Stream Realty Partners Carolinas. Jared is responsible for leading the strategic direction and day-to-day operations in Charlotte, as well the growth of Stream’s platform across the Carolinas. In addition to his leadership role, Jared is an integral part of Stream’s Sunbelt Capital Markets Advisory Group.
In this capacity, his responsibilities include consultation and disposition advisory services, focused primarily on institutional sales, joint ventures, and financing strategies, and overseeing all business across Stream’s platform in North and South Carolina.
Prior to joining Stream, Jared co-lead institutional office and industrial investment sales for Cushman & Wakefield in the Carolinas. In his tenure at C&W, Jared executed more than $3 billion in investment property transactions across the Sunbelt. Jared began his career working in structured finance for TIAA-CREF and Wells Fargo Securities.
