Jared’s past experiences focused on sales and marketing as he was in equity research at a trading company and eventually pivoted to large-sized marketing firm. He worked at a performance-based marketing company called Money Mouth Marketing and targeted small business owners. Additionally, he launched a short-term luxury rental website which was the catalyst that led him into commercial real estate. In his free time, he enjoys staying active by going to the gym and playing pickup basketball with his friends. He also enjoys spending his leisure time reading, which further contributes to his intellectual growth and broadens his perspective.
