Jamie Renzenbrink joined SVN Affordable and brings with her over 7 years of experience in retail, industrial and multi-family housing transactions, with a focus on receiverships, foreclosures, neighborhood redevelopment and Affordable housing.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Jamie spent six years with the law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL /Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, where she wrote title insurance for six national underwriters and guided clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and the development and financing of new construction and re-development projects. Jamie also worked as an acquisitions analyst for Phillips Edison & Company, focusing on underwriting and analyzing potential assets for its non-traded REIT. Jamie has successfully closed and insured over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
As a member of the SVN team, Jamie is currently responsible for facilitating all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing, underwriting and marketing deals, communicating with potential clients and coordinating the escrow, due diligence and closing processes.
