Jamie has over 20 year’s experience specializing in institutional multifamily property sales and is the founding member, Chairman and CEO of JBM®. Jamie oversees the operations, origination, capital markets, marketing and disposition of all institutional grade brokerage assignments, as well as all capitalization activities of the firm. Prior to JBM®, Jamie was an Executive Director of Institutional Property Advisors as well as the Chairman and CEO of JBM® Realty Advisors. His experience draws upon three generations of the May family development, brokerage and insurance business dating back to 1939 in addition to his own prior experience in the investment advisory, brokerage, construction, development, acquisition, disposition, capital markets and management of institutional grade apartment communities.
