James began his career at Marcus and Millichap in 2016 as a member of the sales intern program, an opportunity provided to less than five percent of new agents which pairs them with the firm's top agents to accelerate deal experience and brokerage development. James specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and assists the team in analyzing properties, preparing contracts, and managing deals. James focuses on assisting clients with investment strategies that ensure they are able to reach their investment goals. Based out of Marcus and Millichap's Denver office, James's local expertise compliments his knowledge of national real estate trends. Before Marcus and Millichap, James received a B.A. in Political Science from College of the Holy Cross, where he also played Division one lacrosse.
