James Otto has been with CBRE for 16 years in Advisory & Transaction Services, representing occupiers of real estate. James’ career began in CBRE’s Suburban Chicago office and includes 2 years in CBRE’s Tokyo office, focusing on the needs of multinational companies conducting business throughout the Asia-Pacific region. James now represents occupiers in Chicagoland and is a member of CBRE’s National Life Sciences Practice Group.James develops strategy with clients, advising them and executing on a broad range of projects including headquarter transactions, portfolio expansions and new operation rollout, labor analytics and property acquisitions and dispositions.
