Along with teammate Jay Gomez, Mr. Kaye brings his clients a deep network of relationships, in-depth knowledge of the Northern California retail market and a proven marketing approach for retail properties.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kaye co-led Colliers International’s Capital Markets Investment Services Group in Silicon Valley. The Northern California based team successfully closed over 250 real estate transactions across all product types for a total consideration of over $2 billion.
