Real estate is literally in his blood as Jim is a third-generation REALTOR®. He started his career in real estate at the early age of 18 (1976). Working with daughter, Nikki, as a partnered REALTOR® from Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Marco Island office, he is as passionate and committed to being a consummate real estate professional today. Jim moved to Marco Island, Florida in 1980 as he was offered a unique opportunity to participate in the new development offering of over 50 local condominium developments.
From 1983-84, Jim was the Director of Sales for Hideaway Beach and later worked onsite in sales for Key Marco. Recognized as an expert in Marco Island real estate, Jim has been featured in numerous newspaper and magazine articles and has twice appeared as a guest speaker on local television real estate programs. Jim is a member of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®.
