In this role Jim will be responsible for helping us expand our landlord and tenant representation as well as broaden our investment sales reach. Jim has most recently spent 23 years at Urstadt Biddle, the past 20 years as Senior Vice President / Director of Acquisitions. Before that, he was Vice President of leasing for 3 years. During his years at Urstadt Biddle Properties, Jim has been involved in acquiring over 3,000,000 square feet of shopping centers and other retail assets throughout the tri-state area. He was also responsible for developing third party management and leasing properties for the company. As VP of leasing, he oversaw a portfolio of over 2,000,000 square feet. “Jim will be a great addition to our team.
