His experience and knowledge in real estate are expansive and diverse, including multiple years in Southern California's multifamily sector and San Francisco's luxury residential market, which strengthened his passion for historic real estate. James graduated from California State University, LA with a business degree in real estate. Today, James resides in Silver Lake with his partner as they enjoy and embrace LA's eclectic & trendy Eastside scene.
