Since opening the office in 1993, Jim has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers. Over the last 15 years, James has secured in excess of $5.0 billion of debt or equity financing and investment sales. Jim has frequently been honored as a recipient of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3% of commissioned salespeople at CBRE. During his career, he has represented and negotiated with major owners and institutions throughout the United States.
