Mr. D’Argenio serves in the transaction division of Bascom where his duties include acquisitions, debt and equity financing, market analysis, and dispositions for all major markets in Texas. Mr. D’Argenio also manages Bascom’s private capital platform, which repositions smaller, value-add properties in urban locations of Southern California with accredited investors. Mr. D’Argenio has managed the acquisition of over 12,800 apartment units, totaling approximately $800 million in real estate transactions. Mr. D’Argenio graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance concentration. He has been a panelist at multiple real estate industry conferences throughout Southern California and Texas. Mr. D’Argenio is active in Urban Land Institute and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
