Jake Wagner is a director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is responsible for valuing and underwriting commercial real estate assets, researching and analyzing capital markets trends, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with many facets of the investment sale planning and execution process. Specific tasks include building financial models to present corporate clients with pre- and after-tax cash flow, GAAP implications of asset sales, purchases and financings, valuing corporate owned commercial real estate property of all types, including but not limited to office, industrial, and retail, for vacant, net leased and sale-leaseback sales, researching and analyzing commercial real estate market fundamentals, and developing and drafting offering memorandums.
