Jake Viverette serves The Overton Group as a Vice President, Partner. He focuses on investment sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Raleigh-Durham market. Before joining The Overton Group, Jake spearheaded the Acquisitions with Stout Ventures. He led the acquisitions of over 60 multi-family and industrial properties throughout the Southeast. Originally from Richmond, Virgina and attended the University of South Carolina where he studied finance. After graduation in 2020, he studied at Kenan Flagler’s Business School at the University of North Carolina, receiving his Master’s in Business Administration concentrating in Real Estate. Jake now lives in Raleigh, NC and enjoys exercising, relaxing with friends, and travel.
