Jake Levinson specializes in Commercial Real Estate Investments, Land Utilization, and creative transaction structures throughout West Coast Markets. Over the past eight years, Jake has brokered over $300 Million in property sale transactions and leased just over half a million square feet of commercial space throughout West Coast. Jake graduated from the Terry J. Lundgren School of Retailing and the Eller School of Business at the University of Arizona, majoring in Retail Management and Entrepreneurship. Jake sits on the board of The San Francisco Children’s Council, an organization dedicated to refining access to early childhood education in the Bay Area, and is President of The Discover Polk CBD, an organization representing the interests of Polk Street merchants and residents. In his spare time, Jake likes to bike, golf, travel, and create art.
