About
Jake Griffin serves as an Associate on the Dallas Industrial team. In his role, he works with national and local corporations on their industrial space needs. This includes tenant representation assignments, subleases of surplus corporate real estate and sales of Industrial property. Jake also assists with marketing industrial properties for industrial real estate portfolio ownership groups. Jake focuses his business development efforts in the Northeast and East Dallas submarkets. Prior to his brokerage role, Jake provided support to the Dallas Industrial team as a market analyst. He assisted in marketing, transaction management and data management. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jake worked as an intern at Lee and Associates in Dallas providing support to the Northeast / East Dallas industrial team as well as an intern at KPMG. Jake graduated from Texas A&M University where he received both a BBA in Accounting and his Master’s in Finance. He is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
