Jake Gorin is a Senior Associate in H2C’s New York office, where he is a member of the firm’s real estate group. At H2C, Jake focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions, including single-asset and portfolio monetizations, developer selections, and property-level equity and debt placements. Prior to joining H2C, Jake served as an Associate at Seavest Healthcare Properties, a sector-specific investor focusing on medical office buildings, outpatient facilities and specialized treatment centers that are strategic to hospitals. At Seavest, Jake assisted in the acquisition of new investments and asset management of the firm’s portfolio that spanned the entire U.S. Prior to joining Seavest, Mr. Gorin worked at JLL as a Capital Markets Analyst. During his time at JLL, Mr. Gorin focused on investment sales in New York City and led the underwriting of over $6B of middle market and institutional real estate investments across all asset classes. Mr. Gorin earned his BBA from the University of Michigan–Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a concentration in Finance.
