Jake Bargas is based in JLL's New York City office, where he focuses on both landlord and tenant representation services. His role involves all aspects of valuation, negotiation, and strategy development, bringing a unique perspective to the real estate industry. Jake is fortunate to see the growth in both the NYC and Florida offices from a broker standpoint by assisting clients with developing their real estate footprint and strategy. Since 2024, he has been applying his unique blend of teamwork, competitiveness, and discipline to support clients in one of the world's most dynamic property markets. Before his time at JLL, Jake played in the National Football League with the Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints, and Miami Dolphins. Jake earned an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School and has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina. Jake is a licensed real estate broker in the States of New York and Florida. He is a member of NAIOP and actively supports the Best Foot Forward Foundation, Pat Tillman Foundation, and the Pan-Mass Challenge to raise funds for cancer research.
