About
Jake Anderson, Vice President, joined SLIB in February 2022. He partners with Managing Director Jason Punzel on the sale of seniors housing assets in Minnesota, The Dakota’s, and the Upper Midwest. Jake earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s Applied Economics and Management program with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Information Science. He competed as a two-sport athlete on the varsity wrestling team at 197 pounds and on the club rugby team as a captain and eightman. He remains an active brother of Cornell’s Phi Gamma Nu business fraternity. Jake is a Philadelphia area native currently living in Naperville, IL with his wife Eileen, and his two sons Rafael and James. Jake loves music, travel, and the outdoors, spending his time flying prop planes, training collegiate wrestlers, cycling, and practicing acoustic guitar.
